Account Executive

Okara is an AI CMO. You add your website and it deploys a team of specialized agents for SEO, GEO, AI writing, Reddit, Hacker News and X that get you traffic and users every day. That costs $129–249 a month, instead of a marketing hire and an agency.

We’re hiring our first Account Executive to close new customers and expand our revenue. The role has two parts: you’ll close and grow accounts, and you’ll tell us exactly why people buy and why they don’t.

• Close new customers and expand revenue from the ones we have, moving growing teams onto the plan that fits them.
• Notice precisely why a deal was lost. That means more than knowing it was lost: find the objection, the missing feature, or the moment it stalled.
• Turn what you hear into a one-page note the product team will act on, with the pattern, the evidence, and the deals it cost us.

To succeed here, you need at least two years as a quota-carrying AE at a product-led SaaS company, where deals started with a free trial and closed in days or weeks, not quarters. We’re looking for someone who carried a number and hit it themselves, not someone who managed a team that did. Experience selling to founders and marketers is a big plus.
