Account Executive

A boutique Publicity, Marketing, and Events Firm is actively searching for an Account Executive to join their collaborative team!

Our client is a leader in the high-end fulfillment space, supporting both Fortune 500 companies and smaller brands with their publicity, marketing, and events initiatives. This is a well established company that has been around for over 50 years, offering stability and a great career path for an eager candidate with a customer-service mindset.

Your primary responsibilities would include:

· Consulting with clients on various projects and managing their daily work from start to finish.

· Building strong client relationships.

· Liaising with various internal departments (administration, accounting, production, fulfillment, and warehousing).

· Writing memos to clients, opening job orders, printing labels, doing fulfillment (occasionally), answering phones, assisting the production department, etc.

· Assisting with various administrative and/or office management tasks as needed.

Who we are seeking:

· Experience in sales and/or a customer-service role; candidates from events or fulfillment welcomed

· Highly organized with a knack for building relationships

· Sharp eye for detail and precision

· Thrive on change and the ultimate multitasker

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with databases is a plus
