Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Management: Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner, verifying and recording transactions in the accounting system.
• Payment Processing: Process incoming payments, reconcile accounts receivable transactions, and ensure accurate posting of payments.
• Collections: Follow up on outstanding invoices, negotiate payment plans, and handle disputes or discrepancies to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries, discrepancies, and disputes, providing excellent customer service.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, presenting findings to management and assisting in financial reporting.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
