Syntax Solutions is an IRS-authorized e-file provider delivering US bookkeeping, tax filing, payroll, and business formation services to global founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client books in QuickBooks Online (QBO) .
- Assist with US tax return preparation and financial reconciliations using Excel.
- Leverage modern cloud-based AI tools to optimize daily workflows and accuracy.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s (B.Com / BBA) or Master’s (MBA) in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience, with mandatory practical proficiency in QBO and standard tax software.
- Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel skills and adaptability to cloud AI tools.
- Availability: Must be available to work 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT, Monday through Friday.
