Main Responsibilities (Accounts Executive )

• Maintain a full set of account. Ensure data is entered into system accurately.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records.
• Liaise with auditors and relevant parties.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• Required skill(s): Quick book, MS Office.
• Familiar with SQL Accounting is an advantage.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Construction industry experience is an added advantage.
