An Account Executive role responsible for managing full accounting functions including accounts, cash management, financial forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Full set of accounts
- Cash Book & Payments
- Cash flow & forecast
- Budgets, cost control & variance analysis
- Banking facilities & banking relationship
- Management & financial reports
- Audits, Tax computation & IRB Liaison
- SST, GST (historical) & E-Invoicing
- Internal Controls & Process Improvement
- Implementation of Company's quality management system
About you
- Professional qualification/Degree/Diploma in Accountancy
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in construction industry
- Good knowledge in accounting principles, statutory and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in SQL Accounting System
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
