Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time

Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end closing activities
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

Liaise with sales and operations teams to resolve billing disputes and disputed invoices
Prepare regular reports on debtors’ aging, collection status, and bad debt provisions
Recommend and support legal or third-party collection action for seriously overdue accounts, where necessary
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or credit control, preferably in a similar dual role

Good communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to follow up on overdue payments professionally
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
