What they need
Account Executive (Full Set) handles the full set of accounts, including account payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month-end closing. Prepares financial reports, manages cash flow and ensures all records are accurate and up to date and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & General Ledger.
- Prepare monthly sales report and bank reconciliation.
- Providing support for the annual audit process.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date accounting records and files.
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in financial accounting and working in Automotive Industry.
- Strong attention to details and good analytical skills.
- Experience with accounting software such as SQL is an advantage.
- Working days: Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Prefer candidates to be fluent in English & Malay.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
