Account Executive Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive Intern to support our client service team. This internship offers hands-on experience in campaign coordination, client communications, and project management within a fast-paced advertising environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Account Executives in coordinating day-to-day campaign activities and timelines
• Help prepare client-facing documents such as proposals, reports, and meeting notes
• Support communication between internal departments (creative, media, production) and clients
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support strategy development
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal reviews
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of project materials

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Interest in advertising, account management, or client servicing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Available for a minimum 3-month internship
