What they need
- Assist the Account Executive team in managing client communication and daily project coordination.
- Assist in preparing project briefs, timelines, proposals, and other client-related documents.
- Support the team in coordinating with internal teams such as Creative, Content, KOL, Production, and Social Media.
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are followed up according to the agreed timeline.
- Assist in communicating project updates, revisions, and requirements to the relevant teams.
- Conduct basic research on clients, brands, competitors, and market trends to support project needs.
- Assist in preparing meeting notes, project updates, and presentation materials.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and client-related files.
- Support other Account Executive activities and administrative tasks as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities relevant to the position as assigned by the supervisor.
