Account Executive (Junior)

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and process sell-bill transactions for e-Invoice.
• Monitoring and following up on marketing fund / rebate / claim outstanding balances.
• Prepare and process vendor invoices, credit notes (CN), quotations and vendor-related documents.
• Prepare payment voucher for company expenses.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Help and assist administration office works.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management

Job requirement:

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English to liaise with multilingual clients, suppliers, or associates.
• Required Skill(s): MS Office and Accounting Software
• Dedicated and committed to meet deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge and Experience:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree or Professional qualification in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Candidate with a minimum of 1 to 2-year(s) experience in accounting or finance operations and working experience in retail company is added advantage
• Experience from retail background is preferred
• Responsible, good attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to work under pressure and meet monthly closing deadlines.
