Account Executive (Logistics/Freight Forwarding)

Wallem Logistics Philippines, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is responsible for generating new business, expanding our client base, and promoting our international freight forwarding and logistics services while building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and expand the company's client base.
• Promote international freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Attend sales calls, client meetings, and client visits outside the office as needed to generate new business and strengthen client relationships.
• Prepare sales presentations and client proposals.
• Monitor market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales, client activity, and market reports.
• Perform other sales and marketing-related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, preferably in the shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
• Knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
