ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

Introduction

Noblelift South East Asia Sdn would like to invite a candidate who is passionate and dedicated to the job to apply for this position.

Job Requirements:

• Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department.
• Experience in performing AP, GL & AR job function.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers as well as other statutory bodies
• Familiar with basic accounting principles.
• Ensure timely submission of E-invoicing to the authority.
• Process payment documents for daily bank transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports to HQ.
• Maintain accurate financial records (expenses, revenue, invoices, payments)
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Familiar with Autocount  and UBS payroll system.

Qualifications:

·        Diploma/Degree in Accounting and Finance..

·        Experience in handling full set of accounts for more than 5 years.

·        Fluent in Malay, Mandarin, and English language.

·        Preferably experience in Material Handling equipment industries.

·        Report to Director
