Account Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive in managing the company’s accounts and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

This full-time position is responsible for managing and growing key client relationships to support the company's strategic sales objectives.

What's your role?

Full Set of Accounts Management

• Handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate financial reports and other related schedule

E-Invoice
- Handle and manage E-Invoice transactions and ensure compliance with requirements

Bank Reconciliation

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions

Invoice Verification

• Verify daily invoice documents from vendors and inter-company group

Staff Claims Handling

• Handle staff claims and ensure reimbursements are made based on company policy

Audit Support

• Assist in yearly audit listing for accounts payable (AP) required listing

Accounting System Maintenance

• Maintain and update accounting records in SQL Accounting Software

Policy Compliance

• Enforce company policies and procedures where relevant or identified in any business transactions

Who We’re Looking For :

· Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent in any field

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Executive or in a similar role

• Hands-on experience in Full Set Accounts and E-Invoice is required

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Ability to prioritize work and meet deadline

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
