Account Executive - Mandarin Speaker ONLY

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting functions
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and statements
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR)
• Perform bank and sales reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate accounting records
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Assist in audit, tax, and year-end closing processes
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling full set accounts
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required
• Familiarity with accounting software (AutoCount is an added advantage)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
