Account Executive, PR

Overview We seek a communications professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in PR, marketing, or advertising, on the agency side or in-house. PR and marketing experience is preferred, with any peripheral experience in communications a big plus.

With the emergence of AI, all sectors including consumer, technology, and industrial, are experiencing robust growth. B2C and B2B brands want to tell fresh, new stories to offer customers safer and more enjoyable experiences with unique differentiators. Beyond creative communication strategies that leverage storytelling and media exposure, companies are seeking comprehensive communications planning that integrates a mix of traditional PR, content creation, influencers, and social campaigns.

Responsibilities What you will do with us:

• Media monitoring and analysis
• Media story development and media engagement (business, trade etc.)
• PR collateral development (press release, blogs, etc.)
• Event planning and execution
• Reporting
• Planning and execution of social and digital communication programs, including influencer marketing
• Media database management
• Research in data planning and support
• Liaising with other Publicis Groupe brands (e.g. communication strategy development, working with strategists and planners, influencer activation with the social media team, content production with our creative and production teams)

Qualifications What you will bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of PR or marketing communication experience.
• Strong Japanese business writing skills
• Business level English ability
• Ambitious and highly self-motivated
• Problem-solving mindset
• Proactive and self-starter
• Knowledge in digital, including content creation, advertising, social media campaigns, etc. (nice to have)
