Role Overview :

This role is for PR professionals who are passionate about storytelling, media relations, and building meaningful brand visibility.

At Bold & Beyond, youll manage day-to-day client communications, execute public relations campaigns, build relationships with media professionals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful communication strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly while contributing fresh ideas that strengthen brand presence and client success.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management

Manage day-to-day communication for assigned client accounts

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business objectives and communication goals

Coordinate client meetings, status updates, and follow-ups to ensure seamless account management

Ensure timely execution of client deliverables while maintaining high service standards

Media Relations

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, influencers, and media professionals

Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and communication materials

Identify media opportunities that align with client objectives

Coordinate interviews, media interactions, and press coverage opportunities

Content Development

Develop press releases, media notes, pitches, fact sheets, and other PR materials

Research industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news opportunities

Support the creation of thought leadership content and corporate communication initiatives

Ensure all communication aligns with client messaging and brand guidelines

Campaign Execution

Execute PR campaigns, product launches, media events, and brand activations

Coordinate with social media, creative, digital, and influencer marketing teams for integrated campaign execution

Track campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule

Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements where required

Media Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor media coverage across print, digital, television, radio, and online platforms

Prepare media monitoring reports and campaign summaries

Track campaign KPIs, media coverage, and brand visibility

Assist in preparing monthly client reports with insights and recommendations

Team Collaboration

Work closely with Account Managers and senior leadership to ensure smooth campaign execution

Coordinate with internal departments to deliver high-quality communication initiatives

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and ensuring efficient workflow

Maintain organized documentation for client accounts and media databases

Must-Have Skills

2-4 years of experience in Public Relations with agency experience preferred

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong understanding of media relations and PR campaign execution

Experience writing press releases, media pitches, and communication materials

Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Strong organizational and project management skills

Attention to detail with excellent time management abilities

Basic understanding of integrated marketing and digital communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and deadline-driven environment
