Job Description:

Connected Staff is looking for a motivated and experienced Account executive to join our growing team on a remote basis.

Role Summary

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Accounts professional to join our finance team. The person will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing billing processes, and ensuring adherence to project-specific tariffs and internal financial controls.

The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, demonstrates excellent attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining efficient and accurate processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Operational Accounting: Execute daily billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation tasks accurately and efficiently.

* Financial Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing periodic reports to support management decision-making.

* Rule Implementation: Apply project-specific billing and tariff guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent data.

* Process Efficiency: Utilize Excel functionality to streamline financial reporting and reduce manual errors.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies and maintain the accuracy of financial data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant business discipline (CA/ACCA finalists or affiliates preferred).

* Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to review financial data, identify discrepancies, and maintain data accuracy.

* Reliability: Ability to manage daily responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively.

* Communication: Clear, concise communication skills; ability to follow instructions accurately and raise any issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner.
