Context

Collective.work is building the next-generation AI-powered sourcing platform for recruiters. Our mission is to help talent teams identify, engage, and hire the best candidates faster through intelligent automation and data-driven insights. We are scaling our go-to-market team and looking for ambitious sales talent to drive growth.

Missions

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of outbound and inbound opportunities

  • Conduct product demos and communicate value to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Understand customer needs and position Collective.work as a strategic solution

  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation strategies

  • Work with product and data teams to share customer feedback and insights

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene

  • Contribute to building scalable sales processes and playbooks

  • Data-driven sales approach and structured pipeline management

Profile wanted


  1. 2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (preferably as an AE or similar role)
  2. Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  4. Experience running demos and managing complex sales cycles
  5. Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
  7. Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
  8. Experience selling to HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition teams (nice to have)
  9. Familiarity with AI/ML or data-driven products (nice to have)
  10. Experience in early-stage startups or building sales processes from scratch (nice to have)
  11. Multilingual (English required; French or other European languages a plus)
