Account Executive SAP

Account Executive who is required to collaborate effectively with the Group's subsidiary stakeholders across different countries and time zones, including Europe and the United States, and Asia.

Based location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam

General Ledger

• Supporting the accounting, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities of an entity serving customers across Europe, the United States, and Asia.
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records within SAP, supporting a high volume of intercompany transactions, inventory-related accounting, and cross-border trading activities.
• Work closely with commercial, supply chain, and finance teams across multiple regions and time zones to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Accounts Payable

• Managing the accounts payable function of an entity serving customers across Europe, the United States, and Asia.
• Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, intercompany transactions, freight-related costs, and other operating expenses.
• Play a key role in maintaining strong vendor relationships, managing payment cycles, supporting cash flow planning, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Accounts Receivable & Credit Control

• Managing the accounts receivable, collections, credit management, and trade administration activities of an entity serving customers across Europe, the United States, and Asia.
• Safeguarding the Company's cash flow by ensuring timely collection of customer receivables, monitoring credit exposures, supporting credit insurance requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with sales, customer service, logistics, and finance teams located across multiple countries and time zones to ensure efficient order-to-cash processes and effective working capital management.

Holding Company Accounting

• Managing the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and administrative finance activities of the Group's investment holding company, as well as supporting selected overseas entities within the Group.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, processing payments, managing intercompany transactions, preparing monthly financial reports, and supporting Group reporting requirements.
• Work closely with Group Finance, outsourced service providers, and overseas stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with Group policies and reporting deadlines.
