Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Management

• Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube
• Publish, schedule, and monitor content calendars
• Ensure timely execution of content plans across assigned accounts

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives
• Research trends, competitor activities, and audience insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content strategies

Content Creation & Coordination

• Write engaging captions and copy for social media platforms
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators for campaign execution
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice

Community Management

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions
• Engage with online communities to build brand presence
• Respond to customer queries and escalate issues when required

Campaign Execution

• Support the execution of organic and paid social media campaigns
• Coordinate campaign deliverables with internal teams
• Track campaign performance and recommend optimizations

Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Track KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions

Must-Have Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current trends
• Experience with content planning and social media scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
