Account Executive (Visayas)

As Account Executive - Visayas, your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

·         Conduct sales calls and product updates to travel agents within Visayas

·         Establish rapport with the agents and attend to their FIT, Group and MICE booking requirements

·         Assist the Company in formulating Sales & Marketing strategies

·         Assist the Company in other special projects (product update events, special promotions for agents, etc.)

·         Assist Operations in handling requirements of the travel agencies

·         Conducts market research on travel trends in the industry

·         Update the team on the trends in the market and industry

·         Assist the in-charge for visa processing when necessary

·         Conduct/attend weekly meetings with the Sales Team

·         Submit sales call plan and report every week to Management and Sales Team

·         Monitor respective accounts and address client concerns

·         Update agent database incl. but not limited to address, e-mail, company logo, birthday, etc.

·         Ensure achievement of annual quota given to the team

·         Submits a monthly area production report to the Sales Manager

·         Acts as officer-in-charge in the absence of the Sales Manager, whenever required

·         Report directly to the Sales Manager

·         May travel with arranged groups from time to time (passport required)

·         Other responsibilities as required from time to time
