ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE/MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Assist to compile full set of Accounts, AR, & AP, Bank Reconciliation, expenses and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and updating payment vouchers, invoices and receipts.
• Handle petty cash, staff claims and basic data entry
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
• Support monthly closing and bank reconciliation tasks
• Preparing financial statements and report
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments when needed
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounting entries
• Supporting the Accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and projects
• Any other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role
• Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL or other Accounting software)
• Relevant accounting or finance qualifications (e.g. LCCI or equivalent)
• Able to work independently or in a team, and consistently meet deadlines
