Account Executives

About the Role

Empire World Express Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Full Set Accounts Exectives to join our growing team in Subang Jaya. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of our logistics business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare customer invoices and monitor collections
• Record and monitor business expenses
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with monthly closing
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Support other accounting and administrative duties as required

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience independently handling full set accounts
• Proficient in SQL Accounting System
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, invoicing and payment collection
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Well-organised, responsible and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and meet deadline
