Account Export Supervisor (Sales)

Job Summary
The Export Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving export sales growth by managing international customers and distributors, expanding overseas markets, and ensuring efficient execution of export operations. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and strengthen the company's global presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow export accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new international market opportunities and develop distributor relationships.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Regulatory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and export compliance.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews.
• Participate in international trade shows and customer meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in export sales or international business, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of export processes, international trade, and distributor management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and travel internationally when required.
