Account Growth Manager

Once a new client comes on board, your job is to build the relationship, understand the account properly and continue finding ways to do more business together. This is not simply a customer service role. We want someone who can build relationships and grow accounts.

We want someone who is great with people but also understands business. Someone who builds strong relationships and is not afraid to ask for more business. You should be organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple relationships at the same time

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of existing Prime Source clients
• Build relationships with the key people inside each organization
• Understand what business Prime Source currently has with the client
• Understand what business we do not currently have
• Learn where the client is spending money and which vendors they are using
• Identify additional categories and opportunities for Prime Source
• Expand Prime Source into additional facilities within existing groups
• Get the reports, spend information and data needed to identify opportunities
• Work with the Prime Source team to make sure opportunities are followed through
• Regularly speak with clients about what else we can help with
• Keep clear plans and next steps for every account
• Handle other special projects as assigned.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
