- Can monitor orders, inquiries, messages, and customer concerns
- Familiar with online selling and e-commerce operations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Can work onsite at 168 Shopping Mall, Divisoria
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and monitor Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada accounts
- Process and monitor customer orders
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Update product listings, prices, and promotions
- Monitor account performance and sales activities
- Coordinate with the store team regarding orders and inventory
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of online store accounts
