Account HR Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices, and reconcile receivables, and send SOA in a timely manner
• Process bills payable and manage payable SOA in timely manner.
• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers and records in Xero system
• Record employees time sheets, and record employees claims timely
• Produce daily reports
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• SPM / Diploma and above, with Accounting and Tax knowledge background
• Proficiency in Xero, or similar accounting software
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping accounting principles
• Familiar with Malaysia SST & corporate Tax, EPF/ PERKESO/LHDN regulations is a plus
• Excellent in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Experience in marine industry is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to multitask, a team player and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
