About the role
An internship position with the Account operations team where you will learn the ins-and-outs of daily routines and procedures, gain valuable insight into how the organization runs, and further your interest in your chosen career field.
Key responsibilities
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Organize workload, set priorities and work within deadlines
About you
- Strong proficiency in MS OFFICE tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Interest to work on numbers, good analytical skills, and able to articulate key findings of data and summarize into presentation form
- Active and has an interest in Accounting
- Have own transport and willing to travel
- Good command of spoken and written English and Malay
- Willing to work at Butterworth
- Motivation to learn
