• Client servicing
• Support the Account team in receiving client briefs, clarifying requirements and preparing meeting notes and project updates.
• Assist with proposals and presentations; follow up on feedback and maintain client records under the guidance of the Account Manager.
• Project coordination
• Coordinate with internal creative and strategic teams to track tasks, materials, feedback and deadlines.
• Prepare status reports, organize project documents and promptly flag issues to the supervising Account team.
• Learning and team support
• Research brands, audiences and market information to support assigned client projects.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming; learn agency processes and complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Full-time working basis is a must. Can be third-year/last-year students or fresh graduate students in relevant fields.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Have communications and client services skills, attention to detail, be well-organized.
• Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
• Be responsible, proactive, and curious about new things.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and sales is a plus.
