Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounting Intern to assist in basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks. The intern will gain practical experience in handling accounting records, preparing financial schedules, and supporting daily accounting operations within a professional accounting firm environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in bookkeeping and data entry into accounting software
- Prepare and update accounting schedules (AP, AR, GL)
- Perform basic bank reconciliation
- Assist in preparation of management accounts
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
- Support ad-hoc accounting tasks assigned by the team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree / ACCA in Accounting or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
