Account Management Associate- Entry Level

Prime Horizon Solutions is an Authorized Dealer for AT&T, and we’re looking for an Account Management Associate who is ready to build a career in sales, customer service, and leadership.

The Account Management Associate is a full-time, in-person sales position where you’ll work directly with customers and represent AT&T products and services. Your day-to-day will involve starting conversations, learning what customers need, presenting solutions, and helping them make confident decisions.

As you become more comfortable with the sales process, you’ll have opportunities to expand your responsibilities beyond individual sales. We provide hands-on leadership training and mentorship designed to help high performers develop skills in coaching, team building, recruiting, and management.

What You’ll Do as an Account Management Associate:

• Engage with customers through direct, in-person interactions
• Learn and apply proven sales techniques to achieve individual and team goals
• Start conversations and ask questions to understand customer needs
• Present AT&T wireless, telecommunications, and related solutions
• Account Management Associates guide customers through their options and confidently answer questions
• Build relationships that create a positive and memorable customer experience
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships
• Account Management Associates stay informed on AT&T products, services, promotions, and new technology
• Work with your team to improve sales strategies and overall performance
• Participate in coaching sessions focused on sales, communication, and leadership

Who We’re Looking For in an Account Management Associate:

• Interested in building a career in sales
• Enjoys talking with people and building relationships
• Comfortable working in person and interacting directly with customers
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or related experience is a plus
• Goal-oriented and motivated by personal and professional growth
• Coachable and willing to take feedback
• Available to work full-time
• Has reliable transportation for this in-person position
• Authorized to work in the United States
