Account Management Coordinator – UK (Remote)

About the role:

We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Account Management Coordinator who enjoys keeping things moving. You will turn customer requests for parts and installations into orders that get delivered accurately and on time, working closely with Account Managers, Implementation and Operations colleagues around the world. This is a hands-on, high-volume individual contributor role where accuracy and follow-through matter.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review customer requests for parts and installations and create accurate orders in Salesforce.
• Hand orders to the Implementation team and track them through to completion.
• Follow up on open orders and escalate delays or issues to the right people.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics on parts availability and shipping.
• Keep customers and Account Managers updated on order status and timelines.
• Keep Salesforce data clean and report on open, delayed and completed orders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, industrial engineering or a related field
• At least 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Comfortable working in a CRM (Salesforce an advantage), Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and persistent, proactive follow-up
• Clear written and spoken English, and a team player across departments and time zones
• Experience with order processing, logistics or field installations, an advantage
