Ready to gain hands-on experience in client relations and educational technology? PathBuilder is looking for an Account Management Intern to support our client-facing operations and help partner institutions make the most of our learning platform.

What you’ll do:

• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate concerns with the appropriate internal teams.

• Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and onboarding sessions.

• Track client feedback, document account updates, and manage follow-ups.

• Guide clients through PathBuilder’s features and platform functionalities.

• Assist in maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities to improve their experience.

What we’re looking for:

Students pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, Education, or a related field. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, good organizational habits, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn. No prior professional experience is required.
