Account Manager 3

Key Responsibilities Responsible for strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering business objectives through effective account management, forecasting accuracy, and profitability improvement.

• Execute strategic account plans to support customer growth and business retention objectives.
• Associate with revenue forecasting and support the achievement of AOP targets.
• Associate with product profitability enhancement and support gross margin improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and strategic business partnerships.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, aligning customer requirements with Lam's solutions and business objectives.
• Manage quotations, system configurations, and capacity allocations to support business opportunities and operational execution.

Who We’re Looking For

• Master's degree or equivalent related semiconductor industry experience (3+ years preferred).
• Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin) with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated customer-centric mindset, business agility, and ability to build trusted strategic partnerships.
• Data-driven decision maker with strong commercial awareness and profitability focus.
• Results-oriented professional with high ownership, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic business environments.
• Proven ability to lead customer engagements and headquarters visits while consistently upholding Lam's Core Values.
