Job Description – Account Manager, Airfreight

Job Summary
Responsible for selling and promoting the company’s airfreight services to customers. Manages existing and secures new customers for the company. Conducts regular sales activities and develops relationships with customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Secures new accounts for airfreight services.
• Manages and maintains relationships with existing accounts.
• Conducts telemarketing and outdoor sales visits to identify business opportunities.
• Prepares daily movement reports to capture weekly sales performance.
• Conducts monthly meetings with the team.
• Prepares quotations, tender/bidding/RFQ/RFI as requested by customers.
• Coordinates with FMGL/operations for booking and processing.
• Compiles and submits accurate and timely sales reports as requested.
• Checks billing invoices and quotations to clients.
• Assists the Accounting Department with customer receivables.
• Observes and follows all company policies and requirements at all times.
