Account Manager / Assistant Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Department for identified business segment.
• Responsible for timely preparation and reviewing of management accounts and financial reports
• Perform analytical review and variance analysis report facilitate management decision making
• Assist in the compilation and preparation of quarterly report for Audit Committee and Board of Directors’ meeting.
• Liaise with auditors, banker, solicitors, company secretary and tax agents pertaining to finance, accounts, secretarial and tax matters
• Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time

Qualification and/or Experience Required

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification in Accountancy.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience
• Preferable 2 years related experience from Construction, Property Development industry
• Resourceful and able to work independently to meet deadlines
