Account Manager (Bilingual)

We require an experienced Account Manager to join our integrated agency. Reporting to the Director of Operations & Key Accounts, you will be the day-to-day lead for a key client relationship and the person who keeps briefs, teams and projects moving in the right direction.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can understand what a client needs, turn it into a clear brief and work closely with management, creative, design, digital and production colleagues to deliver exceptional, on brief work. You should be confident managing multiple projects at once, setting realistic expectations and finding practical solutions when priorities change.

What we’re looking for:

· 5-6 years’ relevant experience in account management within an integrated creative, advertising or marketing agency

· Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients and colleagues in Bahrain

· Strong client relationship skills, with the judgement to build trust, understand business objectives and handle difficult conversations constructively

· Ability to write clear, actionable creative and project briefs, gather the right inputs and give teams useful feedback

· Solid project management skills, including timelines, approvals, budgets, scope and delivery across multiple workstreams

· Confidence coordinating internal resources, balancing client requests with team capacity and flagging potential risks early

· A working understanding of both integrated and corporate campaigns, the language of advertising and marketing, including brand, content, social, digital, media and production

· Excellent organisation, attention to detail and command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook

· Strong interpersonal skills: calm under pressure, tactful, resourceful and able to read the room

· Practical curiosity about AI tools and the judgement to use them appropriately for research, planning, drafting and workflow efficiency while checking accuracy and protecting confidential information

Comfortable rolling up your sleeves, asking good questions and taking ownership, you are someone who can keep clients informed, support colleagues and protect the quality of the work while meeting deadlines.
