Account Manager – Client Servicing & Growth

• Receive, understand and translate client briefs into clear internal briefs.
• Coordinate with creative, content, design, digital, development and other teams.
• Prepare project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as committed.
• Follow up internally and ensure there are no unnecessary delays.
• Review deliverables before sharing them with the client.
• Manage feedback, revisions and approvals efficiently.
• Maintain proper documentation of briefs, timelines, feedback and approvals.

Basic Requirement:

• Good English written and verbal.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, client relationships.
• Understand client objectives, business priorities, and communication requirements.
• Handle day-to-day client communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Proactively identify client requirements and upcoming opportunities.
• Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication.

Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and project management tools.The ideal candidate should be client-facing, organised, proactive and commercially aware, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. The person will act as the primary bridge between the client and Bonwic's internal creative, content, digital and technology teams.

Qualification : English, PR, Branding any of these qualification will work

Experience: Min 1 years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
