What they need
- Knowledgeable in facilities and property management, building operations, engineering systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection), contract management, client relations, and applicable safety and regulatory standards.
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) and at least 5 years of experience in facilities management, property management, engineering operations, or other related fields. Experienced in account management, client coordination, and service delivery.
- Strong leadership, client relationship management, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, contract management, operational planning, and commitment to quality service delivery.
