A small but mighty IT Managed Services and Security Provider, delivering modern IT and cybersecurity services in the heart of Sydney CBD, are looking to add an Account Manager to their team. The goal is to grow the business!
 
What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning client relationships and acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
• Generate and convert new business opportunities
  • Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell and account growth opportunities
  • Develop and present customer proposals, recommendations and commercial solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners
• Attend industry functions and represent the organisation
