Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage accounting operations, taxation compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling large government accounts and strong expertise in Tally, GST, TDS, return filing, and cost center accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Handle and maintain large Government Accounts and related financial transactions.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting records in Tally.
• Prepare, review, and file GST returns while ensuring statutory compliance.
• Manage TDS deductions, return filing, and tax compliance activities.
• Perform Cost Center Accounting and monitor departmental expenses.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in managing large Government Accounts.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Expertise in GST Compliance & Return Filing.
• Strong knowledge of TDS, Taxation, and Return Filing.
• Experience in Cost Center Accounting.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6-7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting functions.
