ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support account management operations, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our account strategies. You will work closely with the clients to deliver exceptional service and foster long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and maintaining strong relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to client expectations.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate account performance and insights to senior management and clients.
• Support the development and execution of account strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure a seamless transition process.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

• 1+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
