Account Manager

職位職責：

1. 維護現有客戶關係，提升客戶活躍度及交易轉化；
2. 跟進新客戶，提供基礎投資者教育及客戶服務；
3. 拓展香港及海外渠道，開發港股、美股投資客戶；
4. 關注金融市場及行業動態，為業務發展提供資訊支持。

任職要求：

1. 本科或以上學歷，具 1 年或以上相關經驗；優秀應屆畢業生亦可考慮；
2. 廣東話流利，可作為工作語言；
3. 具金融、證券、財富管理、客戶服務或銷售經驗者優先；
4. 具良好溝通能力、學習能力及業務拓展能力；
5. 目標感強，自我驅動，能承受工作壓力；
6. 持有 SFC Type 1 牌照或已通過 HKSI 卷一者優先。

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain relationships with existing clients, enhance client engagement, and drive trading conversion;
2. Follow up with new clients, provide basic investor education and client services;
3. Develop Hong Kong and overseas channels to acquire Hong Kong and US stock investment clients;
4. Monitor financial market trends and industry developments to support business growth.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 1 year of relevant experience; outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered;
2. Fluent in Cantonese as a working language;
3. Experience in finance, securities, wealth management, client service, or sales is preferred;
4. Good communication, learning, and business development skills;
5. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure;
6. Holder of SFC Type 1 Licence or passing HKSI Paper 1 is preferred.
