Account Manager

• Handles multiple brand accounts simultaneously
• Maintains professional communication with brand partners
• Acts as the main point of contact in managing live hosts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Demonstrates leadership by coaching and supporting talents, and monitoring live host performance, audience engagement, and content strategy
• Resolves conflicts effectively and provides constructive feedback and actionable suggestions
• Prepares detailed post-campaign reports and analytics, including insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in account management, client servicing, or talent management, preferably within a digital, e-commerce, or livestreaming industry.
• Preferably with experience working in TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada environments.
• Background in live hosting is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse personalities and build lasting professional relationships.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in Capitol Square, Escario, Cebu City
