What they need
- Generate Sales Production for the company’s different types of Real Estate Projects.
- Provide guidance and strategies for their assigned sales team.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to ensure excellent sales production for the team and meet the required team quota.
- Providing post-sale customer service for their own clients.
- Ensures Sales Target Quota are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have managerial experience for at least 3 years in the Real Estate industry.
- Should be PRC and DHSUD Accredited Real Estate Salesperson.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus
