Summary:
Support the Senior Finance & Accounts Manager in month-end close, GST/TDS/Income Tax compliance, audits, banking operations, and process improvements. SAP exposure preferred; strong communication and Excel skills required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations; provide variance analysis.
Ensure GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, filings, payments, and audit support.
Coordinate Internal and Statutory Audits; prepare data packs.
Manage banking operations: cash management, reconciliations, payments, and liaison.
Support treasury/working capital, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
Develop advanced Excel models, dashboards, and analyses.
Assist with SAP FI/CO data and reinforce internal controls.
Prepare management reports and support senior management in decision-making.
