ACCOUNT MANAGER

About the role

This is a full-time position managing client relationships, coordinating operations, and overseeing Brand Hosts and Live Sellers to ensure client objectives are achieved and business growth is supported.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee projects and ensure client objectives are achieved
• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates
• Supervise and manage Brand Hosts / Live Sellers
• Prepare and monitor Brand Host schedules
• Monitor performance, attendance, and productivity
• Conduct coaching and provide feedback to improve performance
• Ensure Brand Hosts follow company standards, approved scripts, and client requirements
• Handle operational concerns and coordinate solutions with concerned departments

About you

• Graduate of any 4-year course or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Team Leadership, Live Selling Operations, Brand Host Management, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership and people-management skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Confident in dealing with clients and employees
• Knowledge of live-selling operations is an advantage
• Willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse and live-selling environment
