Role & responsibilities
- Cash reconciliation: Match daily cash, credit card, and online sales receipts with system reports.
- Revenue tracking: Audit incoming revenue from rooms, food and beverage, and other services.
- Discrepancy resolution: Find and fix errors or cash register differences right away.
- Accounts receivable: Manage billing for corporate clients, travel agents, and online travel agencies.
- Collections: Follow up on late or delayed payments from guests and groups.
- Accounts payable: Process vendor invoices, food suppliers, and utility bills.
