Alliance Printech is a 20-year old Indian MSME based in IMT Faridabad, designing and manufacturing precision printing & label converting machines, with 800+ installations across 25+ countries. Our 80+ member team spans machine shop, assembly, design, purchase, sales, and service.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to independently manage the full accounts function day-to-day bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and export documentation. The right candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with the MD in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

QUICK DETAILS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• GST Compliance GSTR-1 (11th), GSTR-3B (20th), GSTR-9/9C, ITC reconciliation, and notice handling.
• TDS & TCS — Deduction under 194C/194H/194J/192, monthly remittance by 7th, 24Q filing, Form 16 by June 15.
• Advance Tax — Quarterly computation, CA coordination, zero interest under 234B/C, rolling tax calendar.
• Bank Reconciliation — Daily reconciliation across all accounts, same-day resolution, monthly BRS for MD review.
• Export & BRC — BRC/FIRC for export receipts, shipping/LC documentation, FEMA and RODTEP liaison with bank/DGFT.
• Day-to-Day Accounts — Tally Prime bookkeeping, ledger reconciliation, 3-way match AP, weekly AR ageing, petty cash, audit support.
• MIS & Reporting — Monthly P&L/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow by the 10th, department expense report, weekly AR status.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN THE PERSON

• Works independently — does not need to be chased for compliance deadlines.
• Proactively flags tax risks and cash flow issues to the MD.
• High accuracy — zero tolerance for errors in statutory filings.
• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment with physical vouchers and ERP data entry.
• Trustworthy and discreet — handles sensitive financial information.

Experience: 5 yrs (manufacturing preferred) Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Fin. Software: Tally Prime, Excel, Sheets, ERP

Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Tally Prime — advanced, daily use
• GST — all returns, ITC, notices
• TDS / TCS — deduction & filing
• Advanced Excel — pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS
• Bank reconciliation — daily discipline
• Advance tax computation

GOOD TO HAVE

• ERP system (Autosquare or similar)
• Export documentation & FEMA
• MSME / Udyam compliance
• Cost accounting knowledge
